BF2042 unable to connect to EA servers on xbox series x

i can't play battlefield 2042 by xbox series x. i can play other multiplayer game(halo,titanfall2 etc) but i can't play ONLY battlefield 2042. it said "unable to connect to ea server error code 1:468...

I'm having the same thing on ps5 been try since Christmas day to sort it out and nothing keeps asking me to change my password
