BF2042 unable to connect

I have been unable to connect to BF2042 servers for 3 days now (since Friday 27th January). Tried starting the game several times every day and every time it fails to connect to servers.

 

I'm on PS5 in Singapore. Tried both the PS4 and PS5 versions of the game. Tried reinstalling also. Nothing helps.

My connection is fine. All other games work with no problems connecting to servers, e.g. FIFA 22.

 

I get the following message every time:

 

ERROR

Unable to load persistence data. Game will return to start menu. Please check your Internet connection, make sure the Platform Client is online and try again. Please see ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information.

 

The error code varies but there's a clear pattern:

 

Error code: 15:1305P: 1302P: 1300P: 1301P:-7A

Error code: 15:706P:-7A

    unable to load persistence data.. how can i fix this i know its not my internet because  my connection is fine when i try to speed test 50+Mbps and when i try to play other games i just fine no issue at all even battlefield v and 1 please help i'v been loving this game since launch i really like this game. i can say i am a long time fan who enjoyed this franchise

    Before the patch yesterday I was sometime able to connect to servers if playing at odd hours.

    After the patch I was able to connect to servers last night. However, the connection was laggy. It was frequently rubberbanding and constantly showing the yellow icon on the top left hand of the screen that indicates packet loss. I have never had this problem before with any Battlefield servers hosted in Singapore in the 8 years I have been playing on PS4 and PS5 here. I usually have a <5ms ping and a rock solid connection.

    I tried looking for a way to see my ping in BF2042 (on PS5) but couldn't find it.

    I have no problems with any other online services, Everything else is rock solid and super fast. I have 1GB fibre.

    My gut feeling is that the servers are overloaded or unstable for some other reason. I think that's also why I haven't been able to connect to servers before the patch, other than at odd hours. If the servers are overloaded, maybe that's why I am unable to get connected. If this is true, you need to add more server capacity asap. This situation is unacceptable, especially for a game struggling to make a comeback.

    same as you, the game works well and since the update of Wednesday impossible to pass the loading screen with F***** error code 15:1305P : 1302P : 1300P : 1301P :-7A
    I really have the impression that the teams are not doing anything to solve the problem
