BF2042 unplayable since last update

Hi Ea community support. Ive been playing battlefied since 1942 and have never needed a refund on any game. however i am unable to play bf2042 since last update due to low fps/stuttering. i have tried everything chat support has asked and no improvement. At this point, i just want a refund. ill even take just an account credit at this point. 

Can someone please help

    I have same issue since last updateof the game. I have the newest drivers for my videocard installed. I have repared the game but still the same. My fps is 10 in lobby and 7 ingame. Before update i had fps 150 in lobby and 60 to 70 ingame. Cant play it anymore...☹️
