thanks for helping, it seems to be in quad, should i try enabling xmp ?
Interesting, apparently DDR5 memory has two 32-bit channels per memory stick. So it appears 4 x 32-bit means dual channel with DDR5.
You can try enabling XMP for a performance boost. If programs start crashing then turn XMP back off.
Enable 'Performance' power profile while gaming and set the CPU fan to the highest speed you can stand listening to. This will lower the CPU temperature and keep it's frequency higher.
Bring up task manager (alt + ctrl + del) while gaming and monitor how much the CPU frequency is downclocking.

My bios wont let me enable XMP, there is no such option,
playing with performance mod will get me 10-15fps more but i feel like playing in an airplane beacause of the ventilation
cpu 75% gpu 55 %
