Community Manager@xJAZZMANNYx, unfortunately not. Have you also checked if there is a software update for your console by any chance? I remember that a new Xbox firmware patch was released a few days ago solving some Battlefield 2042 related issues.
@EA_Leeuw I downloaded the update. I even enrolled in the xbox insider program to try the game on the omega update and nothing. The game just straight up doesn't work.
- EA_Leeuw@xJAZZMANNYx, what do you mean exactly with 'does not work'? What is the behaviour of the game that you're seeing on your Xbox? Do you get error codes etc.?
- @EA_Leeuw I have exact same problem. When I launch the game, the logo shows (before game menu) and than it kicks me out to the dashboard. 0 error codes. I've tried every single troubleshooting method and nothing works. Contacting EA through tickets ends up with ticked marked as resolved without response. This problem exist since beta.
