BF2042 Xbox series x/s crash at startup

@EA_Leeuw I downloaded the update. I even enrolled in the xbox insider program to try the game on the omega update and nothing. The game just straight up doesn't work.

@xJAZZMANNYx, what do you mean exactly with 'does not work'? What is the behaviour of the game that you're seeing on your Xbox? Do you get error codes etc.?

@EA_Leeuw I have exact same problem. When I launch the game, the logo shows (before game menu) and than it kicks me out to the dashboard. 0 error codes. I've tried every single troubleshooting method and nothing works. Contacting EA through tickets ends up with ticked marked as resolved without response. This problem exist since beta.

  @xJAZZMANNYx can you check if unenrolling from the Omega channel + installing the stable firmware patch for your Xbox does something?

    Yes I did.
    Steps I have already took:
    - Clear cache
    - Reinstall game (over 10 times now)
    - Power cycle
    - Removing Profile
    - Change system language
    - Change display settings
    - Install Delta build
    - Install Omega build.
    - Re-Install Stable build.
    (launching game for the first time after reinstall show menu for 1s and than crashes
    when normally it crashes even earlier)
    - Factory reset (4 times)
    - Different profile
    - Different TV
    - Different network
    - Both wireless and wired connection
    - EA tickets (no help)
    - Microsoft tickets ("go to EA with that problem")
    Only BF2042 has this problem, other games run perfectly.

@EA_Leeuw as soon as I start the game on my series s it usually (somtimes the crash happens sooner and other times later) gets to the "press A to start" screen and freezes and kicks me to dashboard or somtimes it will hard crash my console and shut it off. I have noticed when I start the Xbox after being off for a few hours and boot the game immediately I can get to the point where I'm almost in a game before it crashes. Also when it crashed often there is a multicolored white screen that pops up Ill post a photo. I haven't been able to play the series x/s version at all. I do have the cross gen bundle and I can play the Xbox one version on my series s without a problem. But u didn't buy this to play the Xbox one version...

@EA_Leeuw Can also confirm that neither Xbox firmware update or Dice patch 2 helped. My friend on Xbox series S crashed out of a game ten minutes ago. Luckily it was a breakthrough ending on a rooftop so it would have been impossible to win anyway as attacker, so I did quit in sympathy :-)
