[BF2042][PC][Steam] Parachutes do not open
since a few days [3~] the parachutes do not open and i fall into death .. seems like a performance issue of any kind ..

Can you let us know exactly whats happening?
Are you running into a framerate drop when you attempt to open the parachute which causes the game to hitch potentially stopping you from opening the parachute?
Has anything changed with your control method? ie: Changed from keyboard and mouse to controller, keybind change etc.
Just to rule out all problems could you upload a DxDiag so we can take a look? If unsure how to do that you can follow the steps listed here: How to diagnose game issues on your PC using DxDiag
