BF6 game download bug

EA Support Team, 

Please escalate this to your management:

After entering the game redeem code as part of this Intel purchase offer (https://softwareoffer.intel.com/Campaign/LearnMore/15a4c2aa-cf96-496c-bd1f-4e10891672f9) which we supposed to get a free Battlefield 6 game, the BF6 game download page never showed the free download for us after we submitting the redeem code. 

I contacted the EA customer support, first time they told to uninstall the EA app, disable some Windows services and reboot the machine, but after I tried that and the problem persists, the second time they said try to contact retailer to get a refund, or make a post here to get a resolution.

So I am posting it here, and hopefully someone at EA support team can fix that website bug for the free game downloading, and let me know how to proceed to get the game.
