@iAveiss Im having the same exact problem except it just goes to Mouse 5, haven't found a solution yet.

My restore to default works fine, but the binding does not at all. my Issues is it picks up my mouse it seems as a controller or something with the 3 horizontal lines to clear binding, but it will not bind anything except for "Mouse 6" instantly, annoying. Quickly turning me off from the game after spending an additional 50$ to play early, I've spent more time trying to fix the issues and load in to the game then I have played the game.
