Black screen and backround music after finishing game of conquest

I have played two games of conquest tonight. At the end of the round the screen went black with backround music and nothing happened. I left it for 10min. Manually shut down my xbox one and restarted...

This black screen bug happens quite often so i think Dice are surely aware of it. At least i would hope so.

I just had it again after one match of FNB it didn't load back into the main screen and just stays on a black screen where your only option is to either alt+f4 or alt+tab and kill the BF process.
