Black screen and backround music after finishing game of conquest

I have played two games of conquest tonight. At the end of the round the screen went black with backround music and nothing happened. I left it for 10min. Manually shut down my xbox one and restarted...

This has been an issue for a long time now and I've yet to see DICE even acknowledge it.  It seems to have gotten much worst with the last 2 updates though. Maybe now they'll do something about it.
