Black screen on launch (it launched couple times)

Black scren on launch.

So i managed to fix it somehow and game launched couple of times. I tried the same things to launch it again but there is nothing happening. After restart of my PC the game wont launch at any cost. what to do? how do i launch the game?

    Does the black screen close on it's own or do you have to close it in task manager (alt + ctrl + del).

    Is there any overlay software running such as MSI Afterburner? EA anti-cheat will prevent the game from launching if it detects overlay software.

    Try to repair the game in the EA app. If you have Steam instead of EA app, then try to repair the game in Steam.

    Things i already done:
    1. Reinstalled the game
    2. Reinstalled the EA (anti-cheat and after whole app)
    3. Reinstalled STEAM
    4. Reinstalled Windows
    5. Reinstalled NVIDIA drivers
    6. Cleared NVIDIA shader cache
    7. Max. power mode in graphics menu
    8. Set to off core protection in defender
    9. Checked files in steam (that thing throw properties)
    10. Off firewall for game, and ea anti-cheat 

    And so i cant repair the game in the EA app because i dont have repair button when im pressing on three dots on game icon in ea app.

    @OskooI_007 So i disabled all of the overlays(NVIDIA, STEAM, EA). Now i can see throw task manager that game taking 1gb of memory indeed of 500mb. Something changed.
