Black screen problem

Hi, I am experiencing a persistent issue with Battlefield 2042. Whenever I try to join a Breakthrough match, the game loads into a black screen. Other times it kicks me back to the main menu. Interestingly, I can play Conquest mode without any issues. The problem is strictly isolated to the Breakthrough mode. I have already tried verifying the game files, clearing the cache, and updating my graphics drivers, but the issue persists. Could you please assist me with a solution or check if there is a known server-side issue affecting the Breakthrough matchmaking pools? Thank you
