Black screen/ Weird Distorting Visual Effects/ Maybe Bug??

Summarize your bug I keep getting weird bad Visual affects frequently while playing more and more It looks like it blackscreens at times and then other times its really bright distorting effects I've tried repairing my files, Tried re-installing the game, I've tried lowering all of my settings nothing seems to fix this issue I can't play while this sort of black screen pop's up frequently
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't have a clue if other people are having this problem but even a friend of mine with a cheaper pc not as good parts as mine isn't having any issues at all.
What happens when the bug occurs? Block screen or really bright distorting lights and effects from the game.
What should be happening instead? playing smoother like any normal finished game.

I haven't found other people post about it since the game is still new and on Early access for us Dummies who paid extra to get this bug mess game
