Bolte Speed Boost not working

In match pressing Left Shift would not increase speed in the bolte vehicle
I remapped it in menu to space and back to left shift to try and fix it but it would not speed up.

I was playing in a group and had someone else try but they could not speed up either

But when someone else spawned a bolte and i was their gunner they could speed up

Every time I spawned a bolte it would not speed up..
