Bots Do Not Use BF3 and BC2 Defibrillators and never revive players

Summarize your bug in Portal if you play with bots on either a Bf3 or bc2 team, the medics will never revive players. It seems the bots don't know how to use the defibrillator item. Sometimes the medic bots crouch near your body for a few seconds (as if doing a squad revive) but give up and run away. This should be fixed so that bots can revive players with defibrillators
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play a portal match with bf3 bots and restrict it to assault only on your team. then die and you will see that even though your whole team has Defibrillators, they will never revive you
What happens when the bug occurs? you don't get revived and sometimes the bot crouches by your body for a few seconds but does nothing to help you
What should be happening instead? the bots should equip their Defibrillators and revive any player that needs it
