Broken Elevator in Kaleido Sector A (Game-Breaking! + Video)

Summarize your bug While I was using the elevator to come down to the ground floor in Kaleidoscope Sector A, I was forced out of the elevator and dropped into an invisible surface just above the ground floor. My presence would count for capturing by the game but I couldn't harm the enemies. Video attached.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know what caused the bug, but when I entered the elevator in the ceiling, there was something invisible in the elevator that didn't allow me to move inside the elevator and when I tried to jump I suddenly forced out and I was inside the building still but on an invisible surface. It was the elevator on the northwest side of the building (when you look at it from the deployment map.)
What happens when the bug occurs? I was a floor above the ground floor and while the game counted my presence for capturing the sector, I couldn't damage anyone from there. But enemies were looking everywhere for me and they couldn't find me.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to go to ground floor through the elevator normally.
This is a weird bug. I played Sector A several times so far but this happened only once. The worst part is that my squadmates could deploy on me and when they did, they would be trapped in the same area similar to mine. it is a game-breaking issue and it needs an urgent fix.
