Its possible some hardware/software got an issue.
1: Make sure windows and all system drivers are up to date!
2: when is this windows installtion done ? Maybe windows/files isare corrupt.
Some errors can be fixed with this:
Press Windows key + 'R' ,typ CMD
Press and hold down CTRL + SHIFT and press ENTER.
When User Account Control shows up, click Yes.
Use the following command lines, pressing Enter after each
(make sure you wait till each of the commands is executed properly):
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Reboot system and repeat it again, now only use the SFC /SCANNOW
command
3: Make sure your drives healt are ok:
Press Windows key + 'R' ,typ CMD
Press and hold down CTRL + SHIFT and press ENTER.
When User Account Control shows up, click Yes.
CHKDSK /F /R
It cannot be check online (when windows is booted).
It will ask ya to do a check next time ya reboot system.
Select Y (yes) , reboot system , do not toch any key and let it go.
This check will need some time (depends an the speed of drive , size and the GB thats on this drive).
Take a cup of coffee or thea , maybe 2 🙂 and let this check do his thing.
4: Sometimes its possible some hardware got issues. Any OC (xmp/dcp ect ect or cpu oc) could give errors in bf2042.
Or some RAM issues , ram thats not in the QVL , or just got broken/faulty.
5: Always make sure youre system got enough airflow and the space to cool his components with the installed Fan's.
Is youre system clean (fan's , cpu cool block ect ect ect Dust free?.
6: Please post also a directx diag log from your system, so we can investigate this for drivers/hardware and or any issues !
Press Windows + R, type DXDIAG , and press Enter
A dxdiag window will open, in the middle ya see a button SAVE ALL INFORMATION , click this button.
Dxdiag log will be saved , post it in this topic please!
7: Also post brand and type Motherboard ya got in use please !
What memory brand and type (productnumber) do ya got installed.
8: Also run this command:
Press Windows key + 'R' ,typ CMD
Press and hold down CTRL + SHIFT and press ENTER.
When User Account Control shows up, click Yes.
Now enter this command:
wmic /output:C:\mb_mem_bios_info.txt memorychip list full&wmic /append:C:\mb_mem_bios_info.txt baseboard get product, Manufacturer&wmic /append:C:\mb_mem_bios_info.txt bios get smbiosbiosversion
At youre C: drive there is now a file called mb_mem_bios_info.txt post this file please !!!
