Bugged Cooldown on AGM Missile Need to be fix

Summarize your bug I have been having trouble with the AGM's on the jet, I seemed to be getting an additional cooldown on my missiles, it didn't always happen and I couldn't work out whether it was a bug or a, to be honest needed, nerf to AGM'S. This morning I noticed it was caused by using the zoom function when the missiles were reloading, when I used the zoom it would put the missiles on a cooldown similar to flares or the repair system where the box slowly fills up, instead of being reloaded when the little circle fills up like normal. The interesting thing is if I spam my zoom button after shooting off my AGM'S they actually both reload from the glitched cooldown which is actually quicker than letting them reload normally, you can actually see the reload circle for the second missile stopped in progress but you can still fire two missiles, so you can make your second pass even quicker. Have fun making ground vehicles lives even more miserable with the jet. The same bug happens on Tanks

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just try to lock something with AGM's and right click when the missile is reloading, and try the spam click issue you will get twice instanly, we just need this cooldown bug to get rid off and it's ok
What happens when the bug occurs? Everygame and when you get it 1 time your down for all the game
What should be happening instead? Nothing, just the normal AGM reload time and be able to shoot when you have 1 or 2 and fix the instant reload

I give to this clip to understand, i lock the bolt, shoot my 2 agms, then i go for an apache and zooming to shoot him, the 3s after you can see a cooldown popin on my AGM logo like you get on instant repair or counter mesure. Hope you can fix this ASAP
