Same issue on me with PS4. I tested this bug with some specialists and found this issue happens on only Angel. And one more thing is if you repeatedly press C5 trigger, C5 will explode within 5 ~ 10 seconds but you high likely killed by vehicle or enemy soldiers before C5 works.Bug field 2042!
