C5 not detonating after Update 4.0 (PC)

@AgentJohnnyPi noticed it happens if your close to dying like the game doesnt want it to explode after you die. i literally just exploded c5 in a match and watched the full animation of the c5 go but nothing exploded because i died, when the c5 should've exploded.
