Call In Loadout Crates and Call-In Vehicles skip/teleport down from the sky

Also a follow-up question; when you see this stuttering of the call-in of the other player(s), are you far away, or does the distance to another player not matter?

@EA_Leeuw  It is usually at a distance probably more than 100m out. I will need to verify that as I did not pay attention to how far I was when it happens but usually I see it from a distance.
