Summarize your bug When using Lis and attempting to fire the guided ATGM, the screen goes black and then comes back on but the rocket is unguidable.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play breakthrough co-op, using intermediate difficulty, and on the new map. Use Lis and equip the RM68.
What happens when the bug occurs? Black screen, followed by a flash to the regular screen while looking at the ground.
What should be happening instead? Screen should NOT flash and the rocket should be guided by the player.

I am no longer able to have a guided missile when using Lis as when fired, the screen goes completely black but flashes back on (looking at the ground) and the fired missile cannot be guided in first person view. It doesn't matter at what range the rocket is fired. This happens every time now.
