Issue is still present as of 2024-09-14.
The issue seems to affect coop only, online play is not affected.
The game has to be restarted fully to get it working again which makes it quite annoying.
Once the bug occurs you can no longer use any vehicle as gunner or driver. Your camera POV will basically tied to your character's pivot point.
Liz's TGM-84 is also no longer usable.
Also it doesn't matter which character you are choosing, once the bug is present, your only fix is a game restart.
Tons of people have reported this issue, can someone from EA file a JIRA issue with DICE or the other developers to get this properly triaged and fixed?
The issue is reproducible always and affects millions of people around the world.

Come on guys, it's 2024 and this is completely broken. I can't even play Solo/Co-Op using the Draugr more than one time because of this camera bug.
