I just bough the Premium Pass so i could host persistent Servers. I Hosted a Experience, left the Server and tried to find it again. Well no chance, i just can´t find my own Server anymore. Persistent Server is turned on in the Options.

Theres this Gametools Network Site, i can actually find my Server there but that way i can´t even join my own server...
