Why when I search for a crossplay friend using their EA Name they do not exist.Im on PC buddy is on Xbox.

@iammedic94 I'm on Xbox and tried adding friends from PC and PlayStation with the same results as you.

Can’t add friend on cross play. I’m on Xbox x and he’s on ps5…… we’ve searched our ea names, gamer tag, all lower case and no symbols. Still nothing.

Yes and still can't find them pc - xbox one.
