  @SlyCanister What Xbox is she on and you need to add each other in game as EA Accounts.

I am trying to play with my friend who is on PS4. I am using Xbox Series X. We cannot find each other using the Battlefield EA invite. I've looked myself up and other random people and it works, but I cannot find him. His EA ID is VanilaDingDong7. Mine is FasterBarley908. A side note is that he is playing from Europe while I am playing from the United States however that hasn't been a problem with other games. Is being on different generation consoles the issue?

  Yes you need to be on the same gen version of the game for that to work. @Jath615PR

@EA_Atic hi since having Battlefield 2042 on PlayStation 5 I cannot add my two friends who are playing Battlefield 2042 on Xbox Series X. On the EA Invite screen where I search an EA ID their EA IDs don’t show up, however other peoples do show up just not my two friends who I need too add and my cross play is turned on and EA account is linked too my PlayStation 5 please help this is driving me mad!
