Can’t find friends with EA ID

I’m having this same problem I have a ps5 and series S Xbox and I can’t find it or any of my friends using EA ID, this has been happening for months now

Hey @gbm21,

Have you checked if your and your friend's IDs are allowed to be found? It could be that this has been blocked in your EA account, PSN account or Xbox account privacy settings.

For your EA account, this can be found via https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/privacy/index.

    Checked everything, other consoles and signing with different accounts and it’s still having the same problem

      @gbm21, alright. Could it be that one, or more, of the IDs got changed recently?

        No had the same gamer tag since Xbox and PlayStation came out
