Can’t find friends with EA ID

I’m having this same problem I have a ps5 and series S Xbox and I can’t find it or any of my friends using EA ID, this has been happening for months now

@gbm21, alright. Could it be that one, or more, of the IDs got changed recently?

No had the same gamer tag since Xbox and PlayStation came out

    @gbm21, alright. And how exactly are you trying to find others via their EA ID? Is this in-game via the Social > EA ID search field?

      I have tried everything and it same with my other friends who owns ps5 seems to be a common issue
