Can’t get into any games Xbox Series X
6 days ago I went through the recommended settings/instructions to turn crossplay off and ever since I haven’t been able to play a single match in any game mode.

I'm on PS5 and I'm unable to join any matches this morning. I just sit in the match making queue waiting for players to join. I have cross play disabled.

Could we try running through some troubleshooting to see if we can help stop this from happening here?
The best place to start would be with the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help website. If you're still running into the same issues after that please let me know. Thanks!
I've gone through all of those steps. Still the same issue. I have zero issues with any other game.
I have tried those steps as well and still can't get past the 'Waiting For Players To Join' screen. I have also uninstalled/reinstalled the game and still the same issue.
A couple details to note: My friend who is also on an Xbox Series X, and also has cross play turned off from the Xbox settings, does not experience this issue. When I join his party I can play but I am unable to solo or as party leader. I can instantly join a game when I turn cross play back on. I've noticed that I'm always placed in the Assassin Squad and sometimes there are people that come and go from my squad but I just sit there.

I experienced this before Update #3 but only with the Breakthrough gametype so I'm not sure if this has been made worse since Update #3 or if this is an entirely different issue. Doesn't seem to be happening to everyone.

- @IBM3UBU From what I’ve been able to gather from questions here and on Reddit, it seems to be us west US’rs, east and Midwest regions seem to be where they’re getting games with it off.
- @EA_Kent I’ve tried all these, plus I’m on a dedicated wired 100gb down 10 up line. No other issue with any other game and 0 issues with Crossplay on….just not a single game with it off.
