Can’t get progression towards Specialists

Summarize your bug I cannot progress my specialists. I can level up weapons and vehicles, but I’m trying to master my specialists, for example, when I revive or heal people as Falck, I don’t gain any progression towards mastery. No matter how much I restart the game, nothing happens.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to play a match with a Specialists, preferably Falck, All-Out-Warfare on Solo/Coop. Heal and revive as many people as you can. Then leave after the game is finished and check the collection tab and see how much you’ve progress the Falck specialist.
What happens when the bug occurs? I don’t get any progression towards my mastery challenge.
What should be happening instead? I should be levelling up and getting the challenge completed to master my specialists.

it says I have 35/60, but in reality I should’ve gone beyond this about 4 matches ago.

I only have that current progression from the matches I played on November 12th, a day before the bug occurred.

Same thing happens with Vehicles too

See the helicopter? I recently unlocked it and got at least 40 kills with it, yet it doesn’t say that on the screen and as a result doesn’t count towards the challenge.
