CANNOT ACCESS BAN APPEAL FOR MONTHS
I have a situation where i was using my paypal account to recharge on BF2042 unbeknownst that my family member had defaulted her card on my account to be the default payment type and when she put a block not knowing what the charges were we figured it out and reversed chargebacks, EA you took back the money BUT kept me banned. THERES AN INFINITE LOADING SCREEN SO I CANNOT SUBMIT A BAN APPEAL HAVE BEEN CHECKING FOR MONTHS AND ITS THE SAME. EITHER GIVE US AN EMAIL FOR DIRECT CONTACT OR FIX YOUR WEBSITE INSTEAD OF NEGLECTING PLAYER RELATIONS IN EXCHANGE FOR GREEDY MONEY GRABBING
