Weapons and Attachments not unlocking after completing assignment rewards.

Several weapons and attachments are not unlocking even after reaching the requirements to unlock them. I currently play on steam and have followed the guide to try to get them unlocked and nothing is working. Playing official server matches, restarting the game, verifying game files, uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Ive reach out to EA support and they have said the game has a self healing feature that will unlock the items after a few matches but its been over a week of trying all these items from the guide and nothing is working.
