Cannot add any EA friends ps5 to Xbox' X/S ????
Trying to add friends and family on battlefield 2042 and says no players matched the search criteria ?? Any help on how to fix this and its saying the same on PS5 and also the Xbox S/X..

Can someone please help been 2 days and still cant add any friends on battlefield through EA friends???

@foadi69 Are you searching through the EA App or while on a PS5 or Series S/X? Also, what platforms are the friends you're trying to add on?
@ElliotLH Hey i am searching purely on the Ps5 on the battlefield home-screen social Tab and my friends are playing on Series S and X.
But it does not even come up with their gamer tag or their EA name. When you search them both ??
- @foadi69 From the sound of things it should be working, provided you're all using the next gen version, have open privacy and crossplay enabled.
I'm on Series X so I'm going to DM you to try something.Im having the same issue, im on series x and trying to play with a playstation 5 player. We both have added each other on ea games but for some reason battlefield won’t let us add each other. To be fair, we are both relatively new to the game. However we are both not able to see each other show up on either platform.
