Cannot connect to ea server

Product: Battlefield 2042 Platform:Sony Playstation 4 Please specify your platform model. Sony PlayStation 4 Pro Are you using any software with an overlay? No Which part of the game is the issue...

Hey @daylynmiller,

What do you mean exactly where it says on EA Help that the Alaskan servers are down?
Do you have a screenshot?

Well today it says the server is up in Alaska. But I still cannot connect to ea servers. But I have a strong internet connection.

    @daylynmiller, ah alright, so even if the servers are up, you are unable to connect? That is strange indeed!

    Were you able to normally connect before without any issues?

      @EA_Leeuw  yes I have been playing 2042 since release. Also I can play battlefield V with no probkem

        @daylynmiller It has happened so many times to me as well, and every time I restarted my PS4, eventually I could connect to the server.
