Hello, I am unable to restart the router as I have the connection through all the building and is managed by the company who owns the building. I tried every single solutions found online and still no luck on playing. Everything started since the switch from origin to EA app( I even tried to uninstall EA app and go back to origin ). I can launch the game but before says I m unable to connect to EA servers and after failed mandatory updates. So far I can only play offline. Is there any way to sort it?
Community ManagerI tried to contact the landlord but I already know it will take a while. Do you think that s the problem I have? Because the connection works perfectly with all my other games. I am pretty sure everything happens with this switch to EA app. Never have any issues before for connecting to EA servers.
I have opened fifa to see that 'ea servers are down' no other of my friends has this problem. I have restarted my ps4, unplugged my ps4 ans the monitor i just have no idea how to fix this...
I tries to unplug the ps4 and also the monitpr idk whats going on pls help me😭
