Cannot connect to Ea servers for 2 days now what is going on!

Keeps saying unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection, make sure the Platform client is online and try again. Please see ea.com/unable-to-connect for more informatio...

I tried to contact the landlord but I already know it will take a while. Do you think that s the problem I have? Because the connection works perfectly with all my other games. I am pretty sure everything happens with this switch to EA app. Never have any issues before for connecting to EA servers.

    Restart the router and still unable to connect. Please find attached 2 pic with the issue
