Cannot find a single match

My apologies, I was frustrated this morning when I made the post, as I was having issues with this website on my mobile device. 

Xbox Series S. I had contacted support this morning, they had me go through all the troubleshooting steps, the agent said he reported it within and that I needed to create a bug report. 

I just turned the game back on and it did find a match. Hopefully it doesn't happen again, but somehow I think it will. I will post a reply here when/if that happens 

As of 4:11 P.M. mountain time, it is happening again. 3/128 in Lobby 

Is there a solution?? It is evening time and I still can't find any matches

If you disable crossplay this can happen because this game is extremely unpopular.

its regional based, i haven't been able to play the game in the last 2 weeks because i live in the middle east and no-one is playing the game. nothing a server browser wouldn't' fix like in BF3-BF4-BF1. its really awful and i have no idea what to do.
