Summarize your bug When switching out of Mackay's grapple without letting the character re-arm it, the player cannot use melee.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Shoot the grapple at a random direction 2. Immediately switch to another weapon, before Mackay re-arms / reloads the grapple. 3. Try to use melee.
What happens when the bug occurs? You cannot use the knife to execute other soldiers or melee randomly at all. Must switch back to the Grapple andlet Mackay re-arm it fully. Only then, you can use melee.
What should be happening instead? Player should be able to use melee whether the Grapple has been re armed or not.
This bug is 100% reproduceable, and disrupts combats sometimes.
