Summarize your bug when being shot at/hit by a vehicle or heli you cannot move to avoid being shot, this has been an issue from day 1
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? get shot by a vehicle, try to move, you cannot.
What happens when the bug occurs? you cannot move.
What should be happening instead? you should be able to move at the same rate of speed you normally would to TRY to avoid being shot.
