Cannot see Battlefield 2042 in Origin launcher after redeeming code

I bought Battlefiel 2042 (preorder) from a third party. I have redeemed the code via the Origin launcher and it confirmed that it was redeeming to my account. However, Battlefield 2042 doesn't appear in My game library. I tried re-redeeming and received an error saying the code was already in use (which is expected). I have tried logging out of Origin lanucher and back in. The purchase also doesn't appear myaccount.ea.com although I can see the Battlefield 2042 beta listed.

Any help much appreciated
