Every time I opened up the game the calibration settings, cinematic intro, and conquest intro keep showing up without any way of skipping it. I tried clearing the Origin cache and redownloading the game it didn't help.

@HoldItPartner it seems like the game thinks it is not fully downloaded and says you can continue to the menu after the game is fully downloaded which is already fully downloaded.

Do you use One driver or G drive by any chance? @HoldItPartner /Atic

@HoldItPartnersame issue here. you can alt + f4 when the conquest intro starts and relaunch the game so you land in the main menu.@EA_Atic: standard windows 10 installation, nothing special, just windows defender activated. it works here sometimes but reset sometimes randomly all settings. one day I relaunched the game after 2-3hrs and had to set up everything again. Most times it's like daily, can't any cause for this.One drive is here deactivated and I can see the settings folder in documents including the profil save.

I am having the same exact problem since the most current update: Every single time I open the game, I go to calibration settings, intro to conquest, and then load into the game. My settings are also reset every time. Additionally, every time I matchmake, my display settings are always reset.Just wanted to make my issues aware for you guys. I am enjoying the game.

Same issue here! It keeps happening over and over again, no Onedrive installed.
Everytime I launch the game it acts as if it is my first time playing it. I really hope they address this nonsense.
Now before I launch the game I just hope it won't happen, last night I avoided playing all together because I wasn't gonna adjust my settings again and again I just wanna wanna enter a game and start playing 🙂

@Sulaiman-178@Charley544 Make sure that no anti-virus or Firewall is blocking 2042 or Origin from saving in the document folder.

@EA_Atic Hello, I'm using Windows Defender and tried to completely disable it and the disabled the Firewall which is not ideal, but the issue still appears.

It is definitely an issue with the game itself not something else as it only happens with Battlefield 2042, doesn't and never happened with other Battlefield games.
