Summarize your bug Sometimes after being in a vehicle, mainly in a car, you character cannot ADS after getting out of the vehicle and the animations for shooting are heavily broken, this bug seems to reset if the character dies, which makes it an extra nuisance in Hazard Zone where you can't simply respawn, it also hinders you from using the Drive Scanner to scan for additional drives.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Jump in and out of vehicles in Hazard Zone
What happens when the bug occurs? Your character loses the abilty to look down the sight (ADS) with both weapons and tools such as the Drive Scanner in Hazard Zone, the animations for firing your weapons are also broken when hipfiring.
What should be happening instead? Nothing, you character should just be able to ADS and keep killing enemies as usual.
This bug is extremly annoying, especially in Hazard Zone, making the game pretty much unplayable, luckily my squad has a car at our disposal most of the time.
Every time I have gotten out of an ATV Tuk-tuk or LATV4 I cant ADS leaving me to only be able to hip fire until I die.
I have come to the same conclusion, I can also induce it by using Casper's drone, it is most frequent when having an UBGL. Although I tend to be plagued by it a lot in Hazard Zone even when not using a gun with a UBGL on it.
I found a fix.
Reinstall the game.
No joke, it worked for me. Confirmed.

No the problem doesn't get fixed reinstalling the game won't fix the server side issue that's coming from Dice.
Still happening to me after reinstall. This game is broken. This bug has not even made the known issue list.
This fix also needs to happen on Ps5. It happens way to often, and completely ruins the rest of the game session.
Getting in and out of vehicle breaks Conquest
This happens every game for me and it's progressively getting worse.
The bottom right UI shows everything disabled
If I switch fire modes, the UI doesn't update
I can't use equipment
I can't ADS
I can't walk
My gun does no damage
