Summarize your bug Had this happening 2 times yesterday. Was in a helicopter and the gunner seat I was in got hacked/EMP'd, so I jumped out, as I landed I wasn't able to ADS or shoot at all. All I was able to was die.

Same here, but happens when on heli driver seat too. Basically sometimes when you jumped out of heli you hold for some reason your ability(i.e. Angel bag)/or gadget and you are unable to use your main weapon. I play on Xbox series X, so in my case pressing 'Y' button does nothing. To get it back working you have to throw throwable or use mele. After that all works as it should be.
