Can't bind mouse keys after Update#3

Product: Battlefield 2042
Platform:PC

Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Game Menu
In which game menu were you when the bug occurred? Options - Mouse & Keyboard - Edit Keybinding - On Foot - Weapon and Equipment

Summarize your bug After Update #3 I'm unable to bind any action to mouse button 3 (Scroll Click), also it seems as Game constantly detects Mouse7 click as if I try to bind anything it will bind Mouse7 to it. I don't even have that many buttons on my mouse! Nothing reporting any malicious mouse keys presses except Battlefield 2042, In BFH I can bind Mouse3 just fine, for example
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? first of all you should try and bind some actions to mouse (I tried "Toggle underbarrel" to mouse3) or remove existing (Tried removing Next or Previous weapon from Mouse Scroll)
What happens when the bug occurs? Game offers holding "triple line" controller button to cancel / clear while no controller connected, does no react to any mouse clicks
What should be happening instead? Game should offer clicking mouse buttons and properly detect input, allow using defined mouse buttons ingame

    I finally found the solution after trying everything.

    You need to go to your documents folder then battlefield 2042 and delete your cache folder. It should work🙂

    @CBGB-315NY Doesn't work for me. Still can't rebind mouse buttons.

    I just keep getting Mouse 6 bound instantly every time. Doesn't even confirm it.

    were you able to find a solution that worked for you.  I just wanted to check with you to see if I could help further.  Quick questions.  Were you exited from the game when you deleted the Cache folder and then reloaded the game after?  it won't work if the game is running when you delete the folder.  Did you delete the Cache folder in the game folder located in your System your system drive letter:\users\your user username\DocumentsBattlefield 204\ , not the cache folder for Origin?  Let me know i  can help you further.

    Can’t bind certain controls on PS4 either. For the pilot controls I tried setting throttle up/down to the right analog stick and it shows that it’s mapped but won’t actually work in game.

    I have gone into my folders and deleted the cache folder and it didn't work even after restarting my computer. What's wierd is that it was working just fine a couple days ago but now it just dosnt so I'm utterly confused.

    Didnt fix it for me at all, left and right mouse buttons do not work in game, and cannot set mouse buttons in options, can open the option but then no mouse button is registered, even if clearing teh binding (holding Esc) until there no binding, even then restore default appears to put the buttons back in the options but they still dont work in game, even if deleting the folders.
    Pants, thsi si the only game I have any such issues withj.
