I had this issue, and it was due to AMD's super resoloution. i was able to get the window to appear if i changed the graphics settings to windowed mode.
Now it's giving me purchase errors, and I have to switch resolutions every time to see those

I have the same issue.
I'm on steam. Sometimes I see an error message on the top right corner, but most of the time I just don't get anything like I'm not selecting to buy. I have both Steam and EA Play Overlay on. Using an Nvidia GPU (no Nvidia overlay on).
I really want to give EA some money but it seems they don't want it...
Same here, purchases don't seem to work on EA Play, just keeps asking me to login via PayPal
