Can't buy Battlefield Coins

Doesn't let me buy any of the coins. Says "Purchase failed Error code: 18:250:1P:1P:100P:-1576468071U". Only way for me to get the Battle Pass is by buying the $50 Year 1 Pass, but I can't buy that b...

    @illdefined  Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps. 

     

    How to power cycle: 

    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
    3. Important Make sure that you wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    4. Plug the console power cable back in.
    5. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    @EA_Atic Yes, but the problem is I'm supposed to only have the Steam overlay turned on. The Origin overlay is turned off, but it still opens in-game.

      @Hwebb20  Can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with Battlefield 2042

        Hello,

        I'm having the same issue, on Xbox Series X

        "Purchase Failed error code: 18:2501P:1P:300P:-2147023174U"

        It has been this way since launch. Please advise, thank you.
