Cant change the Language of the game anymore

Cant change the Language of the game anymore

I originally downloaded the game in English, but after uninstalling it and installing it back on a SSD it always downloads it in german.
Ive selected English in the Menu that pops up, when i try to download it, but apperently that selection gets ignored.
Additionally, ive even set the Language of the EA App to English.

I cant change the Language via Origin like in the good days, since they turned it off....
Ive tried editing various Setting/Config files, but nothing works.

Pls help, i cant stand my own language in games...
