Can't connect to EA server

Hello,

Sorry for my bad English, i'm from Holland.


Since i a month or 2 i cant connect with the EA server. Tis happens in BF1 and BF 2042. IF im connected its verry laggy and i get the packet loss symbol. My ping is always under 10.
My internet connection is good, speedtest says +- 200mb/s.  In other games i have no problems, so it realy is the EA server.
And, if i press the retry butten for a view times, my internet connection shuts down!

I've tried everything.
I already tried the EA connection steps .

Please fix this issue because im not the only one.

    @EA_Illiumi tried the settings and steps above, but it doesn't work.
    I allso updated the drivers, realy nothing works

    Edit:
    I just contacted my internet company. They reset  my modem and checked the connection. Everything is OK.

    As you might have noticed, this is the English AHQ forum, not the Dutch one. I have mentioned a couple of times previously that there's also a Dutch AHQ forum if you don't feel comfortable posting in your non-native language.

    Regarding the issue that you're experiencing; as mentioned in the previous posts by other players and me, it sounds more like a local network, ISP or configuration issue then an issue with the game itself, because you also mention that it happens with other games.

    It's unfortunate to hear that the provided troubleshooting steps didn't help either, but I am afraid that there's only so much we can do.

    I will now lock this thread from potentially escalating further.
