Cant control chopper. Ps5

Summarize your bug Chopper controls dont work, cant pitch down, backwards ie roll left or right. And it randomly spins out if control.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? With a magnifying glass...
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't control chopper
What should be happening instead? It should be controlled...

Summarize your bug No matter what combination of controls I do, even custom, I can't get the chopper to pitch forward or back or to roll left or right. I can turn left and right and go up or down, and fire weapons but that's it. And randomly, it will just spin out of control, that's like half the game rendered useless for me.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Come to my house and try it on my ps5? I dunno, I see other people flying choppers fine.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't control the chopper.
What should be happening instead? It should be controlled...

    I AM having the same.

    The button mapping was set to alternate, but the plane/helicopter wont pitch IT all.

    IT is as the right stick doesnt do anything at all.

    There is an option at

    Options>Controller>Vehicles >Pilot>Helicopter Control Assists

    if you turn this off, you have more control over your chopper, this makes the control feel more like BF4. Although this may not be your main problem, my movement feels a lot better if it helps.

    @dcperales It is funny sinds all the buttons work except the right stick.
    The place / helicopter wont pitch at all, then after some time IT Just spins wildy out of control (OR go upside down) then plummet to the ground.

    Would like also to join as I have the same problem on my PS5. 
    I literally miss now the heli and plane combats as they are absolutely uncontrolled. 
    After you touch triggers the helicopter starts aiming different directions quickly and in most cases goes upside down and as a result I crash it in 100% times. 

    EA please react and fix it.

    Maybe i was lucky but i finally fixed the issue.

    I first deleted/re installed the game but that didn't fix the issue.

    I then deleted the game and also deleted the "saved data/cloud storage data".

    IT is somewhere under storage settings after you delete then game.

    Then i re installed everything, let IT download and apply alle the patches before booting IT up.

    Then the issue was fixed.

    Same issue here: no response from right stick when flying any aircraft. Other mappings shift the problem to the other stick.

    Tried to reinstall but without success.

    The problem is that custom button mapping is broken, so that the buttons you unmap show they are unmapped on the menu but sometimes aren't *actually* unmapped. Sometimes it also isn't mapping what the menu says you mapped. It caused me to have to spend an hour or more resetting the custom mapping and re-applying things over and over until it finally worked. I'm on PS5 version of the game.

    I wouldn't have to change the button mapping for helicopters if the default controls weren't the most questionable vehicle control layout I've ever seen in my life... but here we are

    I'm having the exact same problem on ps5. Can't fly any aircraft for longer than 5 seconds without it spiralling out of control.

    Has anyone from Dice or EA reached out to you, since you posted this month's ago?

    Did it ever eventually start working?
